Why not offer all three?

Then, you can schedule several simulated live events on different days and times of day – even evenings and weekends. Finally, make it available on demand so it is conveniently available for those who haven’t been able to watch the live or simulated live webcasts or for reviewing by those who have. Once content is already produced, there is almost no additional cost to make it accessible in multiple ways.
